    John has been running lawn care maintenance businesses and has been a landscape contractor in the Chattanooga area since 2004. John is a graduate of University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Business. John is consistently learning and growing through additional education. John holds State Licenses for Pesticide and Herbicide applications.

  • Office Manager

    As our office manager at a landscape company she oversees daily administrative operations to ensure efficient functioning. She helps manage schedules, coordinate communication between teams, and handle customer inquiries, often serving as the first point of contact for our clients. The office manager also maintains financial records, processes invoices, and manages payroll. They work closely with field crews to allocate resources and track project progress, ensuring that landscaping services are delivered on time and to customer satisfaction. Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, you don’t pay until you are satisfied. That’s it. We make sure that our office, crew and you as the homeowner are all on the same page before, during, and after the project; however, if there is ever a miscommunication on our end or the work we perform is not as described in the estimate, we will return to fix it.

Is a down Payment Required?

Estimates that exceed $500 total require a 50% down payment prior to starting the work.

What sort of standards are the employees held to?

must uphold the code of conduct. The Code of Conduct is Biblically-based principles that everyone must adhere to. We have a non-smoking policy and being under the influence on-the-job is grounds for immediate dismissal.

Is the company Licensed, insured, Bonded?

Yes, Crider and Associates LLC, DBA Crider Landscaping is licensed and bonded with the State of Tennessee as a Limited Liability Corporation. We are also insured for liability and property damage up to $1,000,000 per incidence. On top of that we also have several specific licenses for Contractors.

How will I receive my invoices?

You will receive a link via email. The link will take you to your own customer portal where you can view all your estimates, payments, invoices, etc. Invoices under $1000 can be paid via credit card right from the customer portal or you can securely enter your card info for recurring payment each service / month.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes and No. No, We do not force contracts on residential maintenance clients. The mowing and maintenance tasks are billed al-a-carte. We do, however, offer a 12-month payment plan option if you want year-round full service. Other Services require written contracts.

What are your payment terms?

All invoices are due within 30 days of job completion. Overdue invoices are subject to a late fee. Invoices that exceed $1000 must be paid via check OR a 3% credit card processing fee will be charged.
